We specialize in comprehensive notarization solutions, including general notarizations, I-9 verifications, deposition verifications and recordings, remote online notarizations, witness services, loan signings, and estate package notarizations. Please note that we do not provide estate document preparation services, as we are not attorneys.

ALEXANDER PALMER
My name is Alexander Palmer, and I founded Palmer Notary & Signing Co. driven by my genuine passion for helping people. I am a proud father of two and have keen interests in media—particularly movies, video games, music concerts, and festivals—as well as web development. I personally built and maintain the Palmer Notary & Signing Co. website from the ground up. I take pride in having built and managed my company’s website entirely on my own. Through that process, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the ins and outs of web development—learning how to design, code, host, and optimize the site, all while ensuring it runs smoothly and securely for the people who rely on it.
My Professional Journey
My professional journey has equipped me with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Prior to founding this business, I spent eight years at Whataburger—six of those years as a Manager—and five years with Alford Media Services, where I held the role of Inventory Control Coordinator for four years. As a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas since April 15th, 2025, I hold certifications as a National Notary Association Certified Loan Signing Agent and as a Remote Online Notary. In just over 3 months, I have grown my business from nothing to assisting 10+ Clients a month, and plan to continue improving that number in the future.

A particularly memorable experience that encapsulates my professional values involved educating a client who initially misunderstood the complexity of their notarization needs. By transparently explaining the requirements and legalities involved, I not only addressed their concerns but also earned their trust and ongoing business.
