We’ve got you covered. Palmer Notary & Signing Co will take your deposition for $1 per 100 words. We will also notarize the Deposition afterward to verify it, wherever you need it done. We can even record a deposition online in a remote online notarization call!
Book your appointment using the form on the right by filling out the number of documents and total signatures needed, how many witnesses we may need to provide, your Address (for travel fee calculations only!), and preferred date and time.
Our notary will travel to the specified location that you request and begin the appointment process by first verifying you or your clients form of Identification. They will then do a brief inspection of the documents to make sure they are familiarized by your specific document, and then proceed with the notarization.
Our Notary will ask qualifying questions to you or your client, making sure they are of sound mind and body and are willingly signing the documents. They will then sign, stamp and seal the Deposition. Before completing the appointment, the Notary will double check their work and verify nothing was missed.
Our Notary will then conclude the appointment and collect payment, and be on their way. You are then free to submit your documents to wherever they need to be submitted.
